Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Envy interface you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface. The interface is a front end to autonomous smart contracts on Robinhood Chain; the contracts operate independently of this website.
No custody, no intermediary
The interface never takes custody of your assets. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet and executed by public smart contracts. We cannot reverse, pause, or modify transactions on your behalf.
Protocol risks
ENVY is an algorithmic token that targets — but is not guaranteed to hold — a peg to NVDA. Seigniorage systems can and do trade below peg for extended periods.
Permanent locks burn EQUITY irreversibly. Burned tokens and the principal behind permanent positions can never be withdrawn. Locked positions cannot be exited before their unlock time.
Smart contracts may contain defects. Audits reduce but do not eliminate risk. You may lose the entire value of any assets you commit to the protocol.
No financial advice
Nothing in the interface constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Figures such as APR are estimates derived from current on-chain state and do not predict future returns.
Eligibility and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the protocol is lawful in your jurisdiction. The interface may not be used by persons or entities subject to sanctions or in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The interface is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this interface are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including losses caused by smart-contract defects, price volatility, or network failures.
